Project Description
The new medical office building is a two story, steel and wood framed structure with exterior architectural enhancements including glass storefronts with colored glazing, metal trims and highlights along with angled walls and roof lines that lend a modern look to a traditional structure. The two floors contain approximately 30,000 square feet of space. The second floor is point of entry for the majority of patients providing reception, waiting, and the medical “pods” designed to meet the specific needs of the different providers occupying each. The first floor is for administrative and support staff, meeting rooms, and counseling services.
